You can apply for a new swipe card to pay your rent charges, or to ask for a replacement if your card has been lost, stolen or damaged.
Before you start
You should only complete this form if you are a council tenant and need a swipe card to pay your rent at your local Post Office or PayPoint.
You will need
- Your rent account reference number.
What happens next
Your request will be sent to our central rents team. You will get your new or replacement card in the post in 5-10 working days. Please check My Transactions for updates.
